Ruloh provides PE-informed valuation and exit readiness tools designed specifically for small business owners. Our goal is simple: give every business owner access to the same type of financial analysis used by private equity firms, without the complexity or cost.

Our Founder

Ruloh was created by Greg Huang, a former Blackstone private equity professional with 16 years of experience in small business acquisition, operations, and entrepreneurship. After seeing how many business owners lacked access to reliable valuation data, Greg built Ruloh to level the playing field.
